This policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share personal information collected through our website, social media pages and online forms, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
Personal health information collected while providing pharmacy care is handled under BC privacy law and our professional obligations as pharmacists.
Information We Collect

• Online forms (website, Facebook and Instagram): your name, phone number, best time to call, and any other details you choose to include.

• Website analytics: our website uses Google Analytics, which collects general information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Our online forms do not ask for health information. Please do not include personal health details when you submit a form. We will discuss your needs with you directly by phone.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

• Call you back to book a virtual doctor appointment or answer your questions about our services

• Respond to requests you send us

• Improve our website and advertising

We only use your information for the purpose it was collected, unless you give us permission or we are required by law.

By submitting a form, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.
Who Can See Your Information
Only our pharmacists, and our marketing partner as described below, have access to the information you submit through our forms. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We work with trusted service providers who help us collect and manage this information:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): hosts the lead forms you fill out on Facebook or Instagram

• Pharmacy Brands Canada: our marketing partner, which manages our online advertising and makes form submissions available to our pharmacy through a secure, shared spreadsheet. They do not use your information for any other purpose

• Google: provides website analytics and Google Sheets, where form submissions are stored

• Our website provider: hosts our website and its contact forms

Some of these providers may store information outside of Canada. We may also share information if required by law.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Form submissions are kept in a secure, access-restricted spreadsheet that only our pharmacists and our marketing partner can access.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep form submissions for up to 1 year, then securely delete them. If you become a patient, your information becomes part of your pharmacy record and is kept as required by law.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Your Rights
You may ask to:

• See the personal information we have about you

• Correct information that is inaccurate
